Schedule Change

Today's home scrimmage has been moved to Pennridge. Please be at SPX at 1:30. Bus leaves at 1:45. Make sure you bring both uniforms and socks.

Other items:

Saturday's tournament at Antietam is varsity only. Bus leaves at 7:30am.

Team pictures on Monday 01 SEP at 3:00pm are for JV and Varsity.
Yes - I know it's a holiday.

Varsity:
Your work ethic during drills is too slow.
You practice the way you play - you play the way you practice.
If we play that slow and sloppy during the scrimmage - it will be a long season.
There are 2-3 players that on on the verge of moving down to JV.
If you are one of them - please see me so we make make an easy transition.........

JV Players:
Are you interested in moving up to varsity?
Do you:
Play your best and give your coaches 100% all of the time?
Move to support your teammates ALL of the time?
Move off the ball to space or in front of the other team when we are on the attack?
Look to cut off lanes and pressure when the other team is on the attack?
Take that extra step to win the ball?
Always go up for the head ball?
Always talk to your players around you?
Help your teammates when they are doing something wrong?
